Transitioning well into her coaching role while still considering coming out of throwers retirement, Jaimee brings an array of experience to the Split City Sonics. While her specialty is coaching throwing events, she's also knowledgeable in the sprints and jumping events, and is looking to add onto her coaching accomplishments with any upcoming professional development courses in the sport. Her coaching philosophy is athlete-centered through and through. She values athletes who have a hard work-ethic, dedication, respect, and strong communication. She believes that winning is a result of everything else in training being done right, and that winning is not the sole focused outcome in sport.
